Screen Printing
Screen printing is a traditional printing method where ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto the garment. It produces vibrant, durable prints and is ideal for larger quantity orders.
High-resolution artwork with clean lines and solid colors works best. Vector files such as PDF, JPG, or PNG are preferred whenever available.
Minimum quantities may vary depending on the project. Contact us with your design and quantity for an accurate quote.
We can accommodate up to six (6) colors. Pricing may vary based on the number of colors, print locations, and quantity ordered.
Yes. When properly printed and cared for, screen-printed designs can provide excellent durability and long-lasting color.
Embroidery
We offer embroidery on items such as hats, polos, jackets, hoodies, workwear, uniforms, and other suitable garments.
Digitization converts your artwork into a specialized embroidery file that tells the embroidery machine how to stitch your design.
Additional charges may apply for artwork requiring digitization. We’ll review your artwork and notify you of any applicable charges before proceeding.
Most designs can be adapted for embroidery, but very small details, fine lettering, and complex artwork may need to be modified to produce the best results.
Embroidery uses thread rather than ink, so some artwork may require adjustments to size, detail, or color to achieve the best embroidered result.
DTF Transfers
DTF, or Direct-to-Film, transfers allow detailed full-color artwork to be printed onto a special film and heat-transferred directly onto the garment.
DTF is excellent for full-color artwork, photographs, detailed graphics, gradients, and designs with multiple colors.
Yes. DTF transfers can be applied to both light and dark-colored garments.
When properly applied and cared for, DTF transfers provide a durable, vibrant finish designed for regular wear and washing.
